Zach qualified for the Ohio State cross country meet by finishing 11th in a field of 134 runners from 30 different schools at the Troy Regional meet on Saturday. Beneteau will be Lakota West’s sole representative at this year’s state meet.

Kailyn scored three goals in the first half of Lakota West’s 3-0 win over Dayton Carroll helping the Firebirds capture a District Championship on Thursday. Carroll had not allowed any team, let alone any individual player, to score more than two goals in any of their 19 previous games this season.
