The Lakota West Firebird Men’s Cross Country Team once again came out on top at the Mason Invitational. Despite holding out two of their top 10 runners, West still manage to outlast the higher ranked home team, Mason. Cole Cronk, Zach Beneteau, Zach Plotkin, Kaleb Martin, and Michael Lane led the way for West.
The lady Firebirds Finally got their season underway after having their first two meets canceled. Lauren Mang, Amane Ohashi, and Kassie Martin lead the way for the Firebirds.

Both teams will be back in action this week as they travel to Eaton for the Invitational on Saturday.
