Annika Kinley just set a new school and school district high jump record on July 1, 2021 in the Nike National High School meet held in Oregon.  That will be officially her last competition representing Lakota West High School and gives her the most recent Lakota High School record to be achieved.As of right now Annika has the distinction of having broken the oldest record in the Lakota record book (the girls 400 meter run record which had stood for 22 years) and also having the most recent record set.
